RFID Infographic

2014 was a huge year for RFID (radio frequency identification) at festivals. In the US, Lollapalooza launched its own cashless payment system, and here in the UK, festival Standon Calling marked its third year as a fully cashless event. There was also the 2014 Ryder Cup, which gave its attendees one of the most immersive RFID experiences ever seen at a live sports event.


Off the back of the huge success that RFID wristbands had in 2014, ID&C asked me to put together an infographic to highlight some of the key benefits and handy facts, clearly illustrating the growth of the product to the UK Festival and Event market.
